The European Satellite Services Provider (ESSP), as the Iris Service Provider (ISP), launches on a yearly basis the Iris User Satisfaction Survey. In conducting this survey, the ISP aims to gain a better understanding of Iris value to users, with a view to providing better user-oriented service. The survey collects feedback on experiences with Iris services, including support services, performance, and areas for improvement.
