Service Definition Document

The Iris Service Definition Document (SDD) presents the scope of the Iris Service provided by ESSP as the Iris Service Provider (ISP) and to publish the conditions of access to the Service in an open and transparent manner. This document provides the characteristics of the service offered to users highlighting the service performance and limitations as well as a description of the Iris System architecture and information on the established technical and organizational framework for the provision of the Service.

Service Implementation Roadmap

The Iris Service Implementation Roadmap (SIR) aims at providing a high-level overview of the Iris Service status and its expected evolution linked to the consecutive Iris System Releases’ deployments and information about improvements or evolutions, mainly focusing on 4 different areas: Service Area, Service Level, Service Robustness and User Interfaces.

Service Notices

The Iris Services Notices are issued whenever there is any relevant modification to the Iris Service Definition Documents or important changes in the Iris services status or configuration that, due to their urgency or temporary nature, need to be promptly notified to Iris users.

Service Provision Annual Reports

The Iris Service Provision Annual Reports summarize the main performance figures of the different Iris Services together with the service provision activities/achievements of the previous annual period.

Service Provision Monthly Reports

The Iris Service Provision Monthly Reports present the monthly summary of the main performance figures for the different Iris Services (SL1 and SL2).
